This policy has been created to ensure students are fully aware of OriGym’s processes and terms relating to course cancellations, and potential fees that may be incurred for failing to adhere to them.

Please note, this policy does not supersede our terms and conditions contained within your legally governed contract.

This policy is for guidance purposes only and OriGym reserves the right to make amendments to this policy at any time.

Course Cancellations

If you have enrolled onto a course with OriGym and wish to cancel your course, you can do so within the first 14 days only in line with distance selling law in the United Kingdom, providing you have not expressly chosen to waive your 14-day cooling-off period.

You will be entitled to a full refund on all monies paid and you can do this by emailing support@origym.co.uk. We will only accept course cancellations that have been sent in writing to this email address. Please review your terms and conditions from your enrolment for further details pertaining to cooling-off period.

For online and part-time courses outside of the cooling-off period, you have the right to cancel. This is contingent on you completing less than 2% of a course and being within 48 hours of the course start date. If you have completed more than 2% of a course or more than 48 hours have elapsed since the start date, then no refund will be given.

After 14 days you will be unable to cancel your course and will be fully liable for all fees incurred. Cancellations past this point in time are solely at the discretion of OriGym and their senior management.
