Waiting list promotions depend on another learner with a guaranteed booking cancelling their place. Sometimes late cancellations are authorised, so please allow up to 5:00pm on the Wednesday before the scheduled session for a possible promotion.

If this timeframe feels too short notice for you, please cancel your waiting list booking as early as possible and at least seven full days before the scheduled session.

If you are promoted from the waiting list:

• An automated email will be sent to notify you
• However, it remains your responsibility to regularly check your booking status in ‘My Bookings’ within the designated booking section for your course
