Is your course showing as 98% complete?

Don’t worry, you have completed everything on your end. Your course is now in a sign-off phase, which can take up to 10 working days. Once our internal quality checks have been completed, you will receive an email that your course has turned to 100% and you have completed your course.

It is at this point that your certificate will be requested from the awarding body so please allow up to 4 weeks from when your course turns to 100% for this to sent to you via email.
