Please ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled on your device. To do this, navigate to the Settings or Privacy section of your browser. If this does not resolve the issue, look for a small icon—usually located in the bottom-right corner of the web address bar. This icon may appear as a small box or notification symbol. Clicking on it may provide the option to disable pop-up blocking for the site.
