Why Cookies Are Needed

Our learning platform requires cookies to function properly. If cookies are declined, key features such as quizzes, file uploads, and assessments may not work as expected.

For optimal user experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome. For all browsers, including Edge and Safari please ensure you’re using the latest version of that browser.

Step 1 – Accept Cookies

If you haven’t yet accepted cookies:

1. Look for the cookie banner that appears when you visit the platform (screenshot below)
2. Click Accept Cookies.
3. Refresh the page.

Step 2 – If You Previously Declined Cookies

If you declined cookies before, you’ll need to clear your browser cookies so the banner appears again. Follow the instructions for your browser below:

Google Chrome (Desktop & Mobile)

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
4. Select Cookies and other site data (you can leave other options unchecked).
5. Click Clear data.
6. Reload the learning platform and accept cookies when prompted.

Safari (Mac & iPhone/iPad)

On Mac:

1. Open Safari.
2. Click Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the top menu.
3. Go to the Privacy tab.
4. Click Manage Website Data…
5. Click Remove All or search for our site and remove only that one.
6. Reload the learning platform and accept cookies.

On iPad:

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to Safari.
3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
4. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
5. Reopen Safari and revisit the learning platform to accept cookies.

Microsoft Edge (Desktop)

1. Open Edge.
2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
5. Select Cookies and other site data.
6. Click Clear now.
7. Refresh the learning platform and accept cookies again.
