Whilst you can access parts of your course on an iPad, but we don’t recommend it for completing the full course.
Why we don’t recommend iPads or tablets
Our learning platform and course materials are built for desktop/laptop use. On iPads (and other tablets/mobiles), users commonly hit issues like:
-
Pages not displaying properly
-
Buttons or quizzes not working as expected
-
File uploads failing (assignments, worksheets, evidence)
-
Performance problems on videos, interactive modules, or assessments
-
Difficulty downloading/opening multiple resources at once
These problems can slow you down and create avoidable frustration.
What we recommend instead
For the best experience, use:
-
PC or Mac laptop/desktop
-
Latest version of Google Chrome
(Chrome is the most reliable with our platform) -
If using another browser (Edge/Safari), make sure it’s fully up to date.
If you only have an iPad
If an iPad is your only option right now:
-
You can still read course content and watch videos
-
But we strongly suggest using a PC/Mac for:
-
Exams and quizzes
-
Uploading assessments
-
Any interactive learning tasks
-
-
If possible, borrow or use a computer for those parts to avoid technical issues.
