Your access to study and complete your qualification is time-limited. The timeframe depends on how many courses you purchased when you enrolled. The number of courses you purchased does not include CPD courses.

Standard completion timeframes

• 1–2 courses: 2 years to complete

• 3+ courses: 3 years to complete

What happens if I don’t finish in time?

If you don’t complete within the allotted timeframe, you can continue by paying a single re-enrolment fee of £200.

Your new allotted time is based on the number of courses remaining when you re-enrol.

Do service outages extend my expiry date?

Yes. If a technical or service issue beyond our control interrupts access for more than two Working Days, your course end date will be extended by the same amount of downtime.

How to check your time remaining

You can view your progress and deadlines in the Online Learning Platform. Look for your course tile/progress tracker to see how you’re tracking against your allotted timeframe.

Examples

• Example 1: You enrolled on Level 2 Gym and Level 3 PT together → you have 2 years to complete both, because it’s a 1–2 course package.

• Example 2: You enrolled on three recognised qualifications → you have 3 years to complete the package.

Timeframes run from your Date of Enrolment (the date you submit your enrolment form and make your initial payment).
