The process depends on when the absence fee was issued:

• Absence fee charges issued from August 2025 onwards: You can complete payment using the online link provided in the Absence Fee Notification email you received.
• Absence fee charges issued prior to August 2025: You can pay over the phone by calling 0800 002 9599 and selecting Option 2 between 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Alternatively, you can email: support@origym.co.uk to request an online payment link.
