The original booking window for practical sessions closes 7 days before the scheduled date. If you can see availability but cannot book, this is likely the reason.

We recommend subscribing to the email notification list for booking updates.

Each week, an email is issued informing learners of any spaces still available for the upcoming weekend. At this point, the booking option is reopened via the self-service system.

• The second and final booking window closes on Wednesday at 9:00am before the practical session weekend.
