If you’ve switched banks or want your payments to come from a different account, we can update your Direct Debit details quickly — just make sure to give us enough notice.
What you need to know
- Requests must be made at least 10 working days before your next scheduled payment, as the bank begins processing payments in advance.
- We’ll send you a new GoCardless link to complete with your updated bank details.
- Once you’ve submitted the new link, we’ll:
- Cancel your old Direct Debit mandate.
- Set up your future payments under your new account.
- Note: If you don’t activate the new link promptly, your next payment may still be taken from your old account.

- Include your full name and a note that you’d like to change your bank account.
