If you are experiencing problems using our Learning Platform, and for an optimal user experience, please follow these steps:
- Ensure popups are enabled
- Accept Cookies from the learning platform
- Ensure you’re using a supported browser which is up to date
- Outdated browsers may prevent certain learning platform features from loading correctly.
- Ensure your operating system is up to date
- For an optimal user experience, we recommend you use a PC or Mac computer.
- Whilst you may be able to complete most parts of your course using a mobile/tablet device, this is not recommended.
- If you need to complete a programme card, this will be difficult if you are not using a computer.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- If you are travelling, you may experience weak or drops in connection, which will cause the learning platform to not perform optimally.
