If you are experiencing problems using our Learning Platform, and for an optimal user experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure popups are enabled
  2. Accept Cookies from the learning platform
  3. Ensure you’re using a supported browser which is up to date
    • Outdated browsers may prevent certain learning platform features from loading correctly.
  4. Ensure your operating system is up to date
    • For an optimal user experience, we recommend you use a PC or Mac computer.
    • Whilst you may be able to complete most parts of your course using a mobile/tablet device, this is not recommended.
    • If you need to complete a programme card, this will be difficult if you are not using a computer.
  5. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
    • If you are travelling, you may experience weak or drops in connection, which will cause the learning platform to not perform optimally.
