We understand duplicate payments can be worrying — but in most cases, it’s a simple processing issue that resolves automatically.
What you should check first
Each Direct Debit payment can fail and reattempt up to four times, and these may show as separate transactions in your bank account.
Please check if any of these payments were returned to your account during the same month before contacting us.
If the payment still looks duplicated
- Email support@origym.co.uk with:
- A short explanation of the issue.
- A screenshot or photo of your bank statement clearly showing the duplicate payment(s).
- Our team will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
