Allowing Pop-ups in Your Browser

Some features of our learning platform, such as interactive modules or SCORM content, open in a new browser window or tab. If pop-ups are blocked, these may not load correctly.

Follow the steps below to allow pop-ups in your browser.

Google Chrome (Desktop)

1. Open Chrome.

2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.

4. Scroll to Content and click Pop-ups and redirects.

5. Choose Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.

6. (Optional) To allow pop-ups only for our learning platform:

   • Under “Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects”, click Add.

   • Enter our site address (e.g. https://learning.origym.co.uk/) and click Add.

Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari.

2. Click Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the top menu.

3. Go to the Websites tab.

4. Select Pop-up Windows in the sidebar.

5. Find our learning platform in the list and set it to Allow.

6. (Optional) Set the “When visiting other websites” dropdown to Allow if you want to enable all pop-ups.

On iPad:

1. Open Settings.

2. Scroll down and tap Safari.

3. Scroll to General.

4. Turn Block Pop-ups off (greyed out = pop-ups allowed).

Microsoft Edge (Desktop)

1. Open Edge.

2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.

3. Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

4. Scroll to Pop-ups and redirects.

5. Toggle Block (recommended) off to allow all pop-ups,
   or add our site under Allow:

   • Click Add, enter https://learning.origym.co.uk, and click Add.
