Courses must be completed within the allotted timeframe. Based on your enrolment date and number of courses purchased:

• 1–2 courses: 2 years

• 3+ courses: 3 years

• CPD courses: 3 years

If these timeframes are not met, your courses will expire, and a re-enrolment fee will apply.

Please email support@origym.co.uk if you require a course extension.

OriGym may restrict or terminate services if:

• You breach the Student Code of Conduct.

• Payments are not maintained.

• Services cannot be provided due to regulatory or technical issues (extensions are granted in line with downtime).
